A small bakery in Baghdad managed to double its sales in six months thanks to home delivery fully integrated with GINI.

Al-Basma Bakery is a traditional bakery specializing in Middle Eastern sweets, serving for over 15 years. Customers used to visit in person to pick up their orders, which limited the bakery ability to scale.
"I was worried the sweets would arrive in poor condition or that customers would complain about delays," says the owner. That concern delayed his onboarding to the platform by a full year.
