 You can request deletion of your account and the data associated with it by submitting your request to our email: hello@gini.iq, and Gini will delete your account and the data associated with it within 7 days from the date of submitting your request.

Payment methods on Gini

Genie accepts all electronic payment methods through MasterCard only.

Genie does not accept cash on delivery.

Delivery

 Delivery time: The product will be delivered within 2-3 days maximum from the time of order

 Shipping prices: The shipping price is currently fixed for the capital, Baghdad, at 5,000 Iraqi dinars from any merchant.

Delivery prices: They are displayed with the order details as a total price with the delivery price.

 Shipping methods: Current shipping methods in Gini are implemented and managed through Gini partners.

 Multiple orders: If you order from more than one merchant, several orders will be delivered to the customer.

 Order tracking information: The order can be tracked through Gini’s website or through WhatsApp messages to know the status of the order

  

Conditions for returning and exchanging products in Gini

 The customer has the right to request a return of the product within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of delivery.

 The order must be in good condition as received, unopened or incomplete.

 The order cannot be returned or exchanged after it has been opened or used for any shipping purpose.

 

Replacement mechanism

 After contacting customer service and completing the information required in the return form.

 A new order number will be received. The delivery worker will be responsible for collecting the orders to be returned.

 The amount will be refunded within 24 hours after the order receipt is approved by the merchant.

  

Failure to accept the order upon delivery

 Gini guarantees that the products will be delivered as soon as possible, but if the order is not accepted by the customer or the delivery worker does not respond, the customer bears full responsibility and the amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
